Practice Mindfulness in the Workplace

is simply noticing that we’re thinking and then come back to the present moment. We now know from plenty of clinical research
that mindfulness is highly effective at mitigating the impacts of stress, both physiological

in any environment, inconspicuously. Mindfulness is an easy, accessible tool that
we can use to put a pause in the day, to help ourselves center and get grounded, to bring
more focus to our mind so that we can show up better and more easily to our tasks that
