Court rules school board violated transgender student Gavin Grimm’s rights in bathroom case

(TOM) WE’RE ON TOP OF BREAKING NEWS INVOLVING THE CASE OF TRANSGENDERED STUDENT GAVIN GRIMM. A FEDERAL COURT JUST RULED THE GLOUCESTER COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM DISCRIMINATED AGAINST HIM WHEN HE WAS A STUDENT THERE. THEY SAY ADMINISTRATORS VIOLATED THE 14TH AMENDMENT OF EQUAL PROTECTION. WE’VE BEEN COVERING HIS CASE FOR YEARS. HE SUED THE SCHOOL SYSTEM WHEN HE WAS A STUDENT, SO HE COULD USE THE BATHROOM OF HIS GENDER IDENTITY AND NOT HIS BIRTH.

  1. WTF is it? Girl….Boy…..So confused 😕? Get the fuck out of here with this stupid news. Why dont you investigate the over priced housing and the lack of good paying jobs for residents. Maybe about the unfair distribution of funds towards different schools!

  2. I could really care less about people wanting to change their genders, it doesn't hurt anyone and it's their life . If we can have things such as hermaphroditism naturally why is it so hard to believe something similar could manifest on a psychological level. My issue would be the court that ruled minors are not subject to the death penalty even for things such as mass murder due to mental development but would rule in favor of this after acknowledging the inability of effectively making decisions and the effects environmental influence can have on a developing mind. This should be a decision made as adults to be sure it's not an experimental phase ,not by children.
